Please note that if you cannot afford it, you are still more than welcome to join. It would be great if you would let us know via a message that you are coming, so we still know how many people we can expect.

It's important for us to know how many people will come. This will help us to estimate how much space we need for tents, cars etc., and also helps the cooking crew to estimate for how much people they need to cook.

In that case you are still more than welcome to join. If you would still like to send us an email that you are coming, that would be great. But if you also don't feel comfortable with that, it's still fine. The most important thing is that you will be there.

The Animal Liberation Gathering is a non-profit event. We don't want to make a profit, but we do want to cover the costs it takes to organize this. To provide a simple breakdown for what your contribution is being used:

• • To pay the campsite for people staying (the camping is also a non-profit, but they also have costs to cover).

• • To pay the rent of the large hall/cafeteria, the small house and the tent-field.

• • To pay for some other small expenses.

• • To keep it accessible for those who cannot afford to contribute.

If at the end it appears that we have some money left, this will either be put aside for the next edition, or used for some actions done by Bite Back. If you have any further questions about this, please don't hesitate to write us at info@animalliberationgathering.org
