Kahbam Contact Improvisation 

This workshop will be an introduction to contact improvisation and also a reminder that we are similar to non-human animals when it comes to play, emotion and connection: learning about borders, consent, moving along, moving against, play fight etc. 

The workshop will be filled with bite-size games and exercises to explore reaction, focus, leaning and support. 

All tools for you to navigate into a small movement jamsession.

Kahbam is a Contact Improv group based in Enschede, The Netherlands.
